Application Formulaire: « Fiche-Prêt-Matériel » Cliquez ici Application: « Réservation de Matériel » Cliquez ici 2 1 Le jour J 1. Ordinateur portable: • Vient chercher l’ordinateur • Signe le formulaire: • « Fiche-Prêt-Matériel » • Cf. Formulaire • Signe le formulaire • Classe le formulaire dans le classeur • « Prêt de Matériel Courte Durée » 3 Au retour du matériel • Datent et signent le formulaire 05/12/2011

Procédure • Demande de BackBerry à support@ubifrance.fr Procédure: « Activation BlackBerry » Cliquez ici Formulaire: « UBI-MOD-FORM-003 » Cliquez ici 2 1 Le jour J • Vient chercher le BlackBerry • Signe le formulaire: • «UBI-MOD-FORM-003» • Cf. Formulaire • Signe le formulaire • Classe le formulaire dans le classeur: • «Prêt Matériel_Courte Durée» 2. BlackBerry: 3 Au retour du matériel • Datent et signent le formulaire 05/12/2011
