MDW COMBATIVES PROGRAM AT FORT BELVOIR Senior Leader Executive Combatives Certification Who: Commanders, O-4s & above, CW3s & above, 1SGs/Detachment Sergeants & above What: Basic Combatives Course Certification (Level I) When:Date:14-24 OCT 14 Hours: 0600-0800 Where: Combatives Center BLDG 1139, Fort Belvoir, VA Why: To provide a training opportunity for senior leaders that does not conflict with high optempo schedules. How: Tactical Combatives Instructor Course Certified trainers will certify senior leaders Level I. Pre-registration can be completed by visiting our website at http://www.hqbn.belvoir.army.mil/combatives.asp Please fill out the combatives student information form, combatives volunteer statement, and the combatives injury screening form. Once completed forward these documents to richard.a.brunais.civ@mail.mil with a copy of a current APFT card and a MEDPROS printout showing a current PHA. NOTE: SR LDRs will be able to fill out these forms on day one of the course if they did not complete them prior to the course start date as long as there are seats still available.
