Objective and Instructions • Objective: To research and present pertinent information regarding one of the universities listed on the following slide. • Instructions: Students will work in groups of no more than 4 students, to research and create a presentation with a poster or Power Point slide presentation on one university from the following list.

Universities: • University of California Riverside • University of California Los Angeles • University of Southern California • California State University San Bernardino • Cal Poly Pomona • California Baptist University • San Diego State University • University of Redlands • Arizona State University • University of Nevada Las Vegas

  4. Presentation Requirements: • Full name of university • Location • School colors and mascot • Majors • What school is best known for • Entrance requirements • Sports program • Clubs/organizations • Description of life on campus/ on-campus and off-campus living arrangements • Financial aid options • One interesting and relatively unknown fact about the school of choice 

  5. Assessment: • Groups will be graded by rubric on participation of all members, clarity and ability to comprehend presented information, eye contact, organization of presentation and information, and neatness, creativity, and detail of the visual component.

  6. Project Grading Rubric Total = ______ X 5 = ______%
