1) Beware the love of money • For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. (1 Timothy 6:10) • Lust for money brings trouble and nothing but trouble. Going down that path, some lose their footing in the faith completely and live to regret it bitterly ever after.

1) Beware the love of money • "No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” (Matthew 6:24) • But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:33)

(Psalm 24:1) • We are managers not owners • the Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of a man going on a long trip. He called together his servants and entrusted his money to them while he was gone….. (Matt 25:14-30)
2) Everything belongs to God • What is it essential to spend money on? • How much should I spend on enjoyment? • Is it sensible to borrow money for that? • Should I be saving? • How much should I give to good causes? • You have freewill but what are the consequences?
