BHD. “Redefining Excellence and Reliability” - OUR BACKGROUND - Show Gear Production Sdn Bhd was founded in 2005 by its present Technical Director Mr. Ch’ng Eng Seah, following his success in the Sound & Lighting industry. Show Gear Production provides equipment rental of audio, lighting, projection and truss systems to cater events such as exhibitions, launches, dinner functions, concerts and road shows.

QESH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM QESHMS SCOPE The scope of the Show Gear quality, environmental and safety & health management system is for the supply and installation of audio, video, lighting and truss equipment for events. EXCLUSIONS The following is excluded from the scope of Show Gear’s QESHMS; ISO 9001 : 2008 Clause 7.3 Design and Development.

QUALITY POLICY Show Gear’s mission is to supply innovative audio, video, lighting and truss systems for internally and / or externally held events, including shows and concerts, exhibitions, conventions and product launches held internationally and in Malaysia. Our vision is to be our client’s first choice in supplying these services globally or locally. Show Gear is committed to meeting and preferably exceeding our client’s requirements and expectations for the quality of the services we provide. We set performance based objectives and targets to measure how well we have satisfied our customers and measure and monitor the results internally and externally. This information is used to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality, environmental and safety and health management system and the services we provide. Show Gear’s own employees and those of our contractors are competent to complete the work to which they are assigned, made aware of our quality policy and where relevant, our objectives and targets; and their performance is subject to periodic review. Show Gear is committed to provide comprehensive technical expertise as well as state-of-the-art audio, lighting and projection equipment in order to ensure fulfilment of each of clients’ requirements. Through our experience and latest range of equipment, we are committed into making events a safe experience for members of the public, customers and even all persons working under Show Gear Production by taking safety and health factor into our consideration. Hence, it is our commitment to every member working under our control from any potential dangers posed by any occupational safety matters, health hazards as well as environmental impacts that has been synonym with our working activities. We accomplish this by providing a framework within where we had set occupational safety, health and environmental objectives and targets. Show Gear is committed to prevent injury and ill health and pollution by continually improving our safety and health and environmental management and performance and at least complying with relevant and applicable legal requirements related to the hazards and impacts posed during our working activities. Our policy is documented, implemented, maintained and communicated to all persons working under our control with the intent that they are made aware of their individual occupational safety, health and environmental obligations.
