This guide provides step-by-step instructions for completing your annual appraisal under an approved plan. Log into MyBiz+ and access MyPerformance to input your employee comments for each Performance Element and transfer the plan to your Rating Official.

Employee Guide for Annual Appraisals The steps below will assist you in completing your annual appraisal under an approved plan. Any questions or comments, please contact Curtis Bluel (608-242-3713) or Danielle Lawrence (608-242-3728)
Log into MyBiz+, and click on MyPerfomance under the Key Services Tab.
Once in MyPerformance, you should see your approved plan. Please be sure that your plan “type” shows DOD (that is the new DPMAP system), if it doesn’t please contact your supervisor. Under the “Action” drop down menu, click “Update” and then “Go”
You are now in your approved plan. Up on top of the page lets you know what stage of your plan you are in. You want to be the “Annual Appraisal” tab.
Once under the “Annual Appraisal” tab, you can put your employee input for each Performance Element of your plan below. After you finish one, click on “Go to Next Performance Element”. After inputting your comments for all of your Performance Elements, click “Save and Continue”
You will now have to transfer the plan to your Rating official. To do this, there is a drop down menu at the top right part of the page. Select “Transfer to Rating Official”. At this point your supervisor will input their comments and ratings and transfer to the higher lever reviewer.
