Business purpose for the application • First Online Instant Credit System called „easyCredit“, • provided by norisbank • Observation of problems: • possible daily loss of sales because of canceled credit applications without appropriate compensating actions • contingent unavailable services (e.g. credit decision service, printer service) and providers • Other problems, but not focus of this study, e.g. • Increasing danger of credit losses, because today more and more customers have more credits from different banks • … • No realtime / forward detection /BAM • of – especiallyimminent -problems like those • If process problems occur, they are not always obvious to the IT (partially IT blindness)
