Overview • Support New Drivers/Protocols • New Recording Functions • Other Improvements • Visible / Invisible of functional parts or objects • Alarm Log (increased number of blocks) • Change Target PLC IP Address on OI Touchscreen • Increased Refreshing time of web page (Execution time) • User Communication via Ethernet • Conversion Update • Message Alert is added when selecting USB for communication using HG2G-5ST.

New Protocols • Emerson FloBoss 107 Series • ROC Protocol • Mainly for US market • Emerson FloBoss 107 controllers are widely used in Oil and Gas industries • Applicable to the following OI Touchscreen • 5.7” HG2G-5S/-S & HG2G-5FT22TF • 8.4” & 10.4” HG3G Series • 12.1” HG4G Series • YASKAWA MP2000 Series (Ethernet) • Fuji MICREX-SX (Serial / Ethernet)

  4. Recording Functions • Video and Audio can be recorded • Event Trigger Recording • Max. 30 seconds • 15 seconds before and after • It functions globally • REC button/command • Max. 30 seconds • Must be triggered on that specific screen where button/command placed

  5. Improvements • Visible/Invisible Parts • This is supported by most of functional Parts. • Part can be shown or not shown base on Visible Condition configure in Part Properties • Applicable to High-Performance OI Touchscreen only

  6. Improvements • Alarm Log • Increased the number of blocks from 64 to 128 (for Word device only). • Data Storage Area Management (for Alarm Log) • Basic Series HG2G-S/5S: 5520 points (maximum amount of data storage area) • High Performance Series HG2G-5FT22TF, HG3G/HG4G: 11,660 points

Improvements • Host Interface IP address can be changed via OI Touchscreen • Current limitation • Host Interface IP address needs to be configured using WindO/I-NV2 software • Using OI Touchscreen System Mode, host interface IP address can be changed • Applicable to • HG2G-S/-5ST/-5FT, HG3G, and HG4G • All PLCs with Ethernet 1:N communication driver

Improvements • How to change Host Interface IP Address: • Press and hold top-left corner for 3 or more seconds • Press System Mode  Offline • Press Initial Setting Communication I/F Host IP Address • Enter Station No. and press the ENT key • Change the IP Address and press the ENT key • Press SAVE button

  9. Improvements • Web Page Refreshing Time • Current Limitation • Web page is refreshed constantly • This creates problem for customers who use our OI Touchscreen with cellular modem where data is being consumed • Users now can set the refreshing rate • Max. of 5 seconds (5000ms) can be set

  10. Improvements • Enhancement of User Communication • Support User Communications using Ethernet interface • Conversion Update • If “Zooming Conversion “ is selected, it will automatically adjust the registered text and coordinates of the screens (i.e. Overlay Screens, Goto Screen Buttons)

  11. Improvements • Warning Dialog when selecting USB for communication with HG2G-5ST models
