Wakkerstroom Burger Braai Competition Here’s your chance to show off your cooking skills…or come and buy, have a beer and enjoy the fun day Sunday 24th February 2013 The Mucky Duck A re-match has been called following the competition in December. Rules of the Competition You will be required to make gourmet meat patty burgers, assembled by yourself and cooked on a charcoal braai. One of the meat burgers will be used for judging. The rest will be sold to the public. We will supply you with 100g beef mincemeat for each of the patties as well as the burger buns…the rest is up to you! The cut-off date for registering for entry is Wednesday 20th February. For further details and Registration forms contact the Mucky Duck or The Little Frame Yard and registration fee must be paid on registration. All proceeds from the competition and the sale of the burgers will go towards sponsoring the transport costs incurred by the FC Ossima football club, the under 18 soccer club at Esizameleni, each week in order to compete in the Seme local football league.
