Policy Framework LAND : EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION OF SCARCE AGRICULTURAL LAND - Redistributing already allocated agriculture land that is underutilized & uncultivated - Streamline and fast track procedures applied in releasing land for cultivation on lease - Encourage consolidation of land for cultivation - Ensure effective utilization of prime agriculture land owned by Government Institutions FINANCE
