Trane Centralized Monitoring Available 24 hours • Trane Centralized Monitoring Remote Alarm Workstationreceives alarm which is time and date stamped and Customer contact center notified by e-mail • TCM opens a service event. • CSO Service Dispatcher and / or customer’s designated service provider is notified that an alarm has been received and informed of initial diagnosis. • TCM forwards remote diagnostic information and course of action to the CSO Service Dispatcher and / or customer’s designated service provider if service is required / requested. Customer - Notified that an alarm has been received and remains informed of diagnosis and resolution status. Remote Alarm Monitoring Remote Alarm Notifications from customer’s Tracer Summit BCU. Critical alarms received 24/7 by Trane TCM Engineering Specialist. TCM will verify receipt of alarm with CSO Service Dispatcher and/or customer’s designated service provider. Harrisburg Trane - TCM forwards remote diagnostic information to the designated service Team (if service is required) who responds to the request according to the service agreement or operating arrangement. Intelligent MobilizationTCMperforms the remote diagnosis of alarm and responds with a course of action to the CSO Service Dispatcher and/or customer’s designated service provider. Trane Centralized Monitoring (TCM)Leveraging Trane’s Application Knowledge

  3. 24/7/365 Remote Monitoring of Central Plant Systems From a Centralized Remote location Trane will: • Collect equipment data. • Recognize deviations from accepted equipment performance and operational models. • Derive actionable recommendations for equipment operations, maintenance and replacement. • Provide alarm notification and escalation to local service technician and customer representative • Remotely identify and diagnose equipment and control problems.

Building Upon Our Existing Partnership • 30+ years of service and operational partnering with Brethren Village • After-the-sale services will augment the existing Brethren Village operational and maintenance plan • Seasoned Trane Service personnel who are familiar with Brethren Village and who share an understanding of operational goals and needs • Continuous evaluation of the systems to ensure operational efficiency and recognize small problems before they turn into large problems • Additional services can include water treatment, service agreement maintenance and proactive predictive testing services
