The company was started as a small remodeling business but soon expanded its operations and began purchasing and renovating Erie’s downtown buildings. As the president of the company, Mr. Palermo began building single family homes in 1878, and later in 1985 began building luxury townhomes with “Cedar Loft Apartments”.
