  41. Guidance for the Use of MIPRs • Clearly define scope/need. • Cite relevant statutes or regulations. • Note funding and document number. • Include other relevant info: GSA fee, delivery terms…

  42. MIPR Guidance Continued • Only GSA Warranted Contracting Officer can accept • GSA can provide status of funds. • Billing accomplished in the same manner as MILSTRIP. • No requirement for a customer to complete a Best Value Determination.
