  4. Keep crisis in perspective Personalities Abilities Rumors • Assist specific personnel • Get back to sites

  5. History or crisis tells us… • No memorials • Three days to a week maximum • Keep campus as normal as possible • Keep instruction going…

  6. Factual debriefing • Staff • Referrals of staff/EAP
