  13. 2. General Objective • To equip Egyptian universities with the necessary knowledge and skills to: • Obtain an understanding of the importance of • internationalising institutions of higher education; • - Acquire fundraising expertise; • - Manage and coordinate international projects.

  15. 4. Management • The contract has been signed by UA May 2004 • The contract came into force 15/02/2004 (!) • The duration of the project shall be 12 months from 15/02/2004 • Where is the money?!!
