Recent and Upcoming Activities for LIEE and CARE March 2010 • 03/30 – LIOB Meeting – Sacramento, CA April 2010 • 04/08 – Resolution addressing PG&E’s proposal for leveraging TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funds on Commission Agenda. The resolution follows OIR dated February 5, 2010. • 04/22 - Resolution addressing proposals (SDG&E, SoCalGas, SCE) for leveraging TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funds on Commission Agenda. The resolution follows OIR dated Feb 5, 2010

Recent and Upcoming Activities for LIEE and CARE May 2010 • 05/01- New eligibility guidelines for CARE and LIEE released • 05/01- IOUs submit annual reports • 05/03 - ED staff attends segmentation study focus groups in Oakland • 05/24 - Statewide ME&O meeting with Intrabrand • 05/25 - San Francisco LIEE WE&T students graduate from CityBuild Academy • 05/25 - Public Workshop for the Non Energy Benefits Study – Phase I (San Francisco)

Recent and Upcoming Activities for LIEE and CARE May 2010 (Cont.) • 05/26 - San Francisco LIEE WE&T students begin on-the-job internships with Northern California LIEE contractors/CBOs May • IOUs and Counties apply to the federal government for $20 million TANF funding June 2010 • 06/02 - LIOB Meeting – San Diego, California • 06/16 - San Francisco LIEE WE&T job placements begin June • Proposed Decision, addressing ways to improve customer notification and education to decrease the number of gas and electric utility disconnections, out for public comment. The proposed decision follows OIR dated Feb 5, 2010. • Los Angeles Trade Tech College LIEE WE&T Group 2 begin on-the-job training
