Inputs • Office for Change Management report (summer 2011) • Huron Consulting report (January 2012) • OSR website survey (spring 2012); thank you for your input! • OSR Customer Service survey (July 2012); thank you again for your input! • Leadership and staff committed to continuous improvement, and strong relationships on campus

  3. Recent Changes • Constituencies (GOs, GAs and CGOs) • Cost sharing processes (new policy forthcoming) • Subcontract workflow • InfoEd Proposal Development rollout • Quarterly Network meetings • OSR website re-design • Move to “paperless office” (OnBase software) • R&R/workflow pilot with Life Sciences Financial Services • Financial Conflict of Interest • OSR is moving to 1801 Maple before the end of FY12

  4. Upcoming Changes • Streamlined proposal review • Streamlined award setup and subaward issuance • Streamlined OSR-2 submission, hopefully using eProposal • Emphasis on contracting (specifically, corporate engagements) • Cost sharing post-award • Data integrity and metrics • SOPs, templates and checklists • Training (internal and external)
