Real estate can add value to an organization because of it’s influence on: - Value of the property • Marketing • Innovations • Satisfaction of employees • Productivity • Flexibility • Reduction of costs Exchange value Use value
Question: is this, or in what way is this also relevant for the stakeholders of the housing of primary education?

Conclusion: • Professionals are aware of most of the possible ways that real estate can be of added value • The added value is expressed in many different ways and is perceived differently However,
Conclusion: • These possibilities hardly ever play a role in a real estate strategy, nor is it used as an argument to increase budgets
