Service Provider Responsibilities • Refers qualified tenants to property management. • Ensures adequate support. • Assists individuals with security deposit assistance and lease signing. • Provides ongoing tenant support to ensure all issues are resolved: smoking, pets, CA Drivers License; • Assist Property Management in resolving tenant issues.
Service Provider Roles Provides support for tenants through training in: • Meal preparation, cleaning, bathing and housekeeping. • Learning to shop and cook. • Setting a budget. • Reminders to take medications. • Training on relationships, sexuality and parenting. • Assistance with doctor’s appointments. • House Rules
GISH APARTMENTS: FAMILY CASA FELIZ: SRO/STUDIOS I like to be independent and have my own apartment. It’s fun to decorate my place the way I like it without my parents telling me when and how to fix my apartment. I like the feeling of having my own wings. I like the location—everything I need is close to my home. I like having my ILS coach working with me to not get lost.
