As a Church Grows…. • Lots of Obvious Holes • Lots of Spontaneity • Very few policies • Few if any paid staff • High percentage of people involved • Highly personal (smaller) • Lower quality ministries • Lots of things get overlooked. • Lots of fires to put out. • No money • Fewer Obvious Holes • Less Spontaneity • More policies • More paid staff • Smaller percentage of people involved. • Less personal (larger) • Higher quality ministries • Fewer things are overlooked • Less fires to put out • More Money Young Church Established Church

  3. John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love [agape] one another: just as I have loved [agape] you, you also are to love [agape] one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love [agape] for one another."

So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light, 23 but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness! 24 "No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.
