  2. Республика Бурятия - субъект Российской Федерации, где расположены 23 муниципальных образования, 6 городов, 29 поселков городского типа, 615 населенных пунктов. Административно-хозяйственный и культурный центр республики – г. Улан-Удэ. На территории Бурятии находится около 60% береговой линии озера Байкал – самого глубокого пресноводного озера в мире. Максимальная глубина – 1637 м, средняя – 730 м. Байкал является природным резервуаром мировых запасов пресной воды высочайшего качества. The Republic of Buryatia is the subject of the Russian Federation with 23 municipalities, 6 towns, 29 settlements and 615 villages. The city of Ulan-Ude is an administrative, economic and cultural center of the Republic. About 60% of the shoreline of Lake Baikal, the deepest freshwater lake in the world, is situated in Buryatia. Maximum depth of the Lake is 1637 m, average - 730 m. The Baikal is a natural reservoir of the world's fresh water of the highest quality.

  3. Впервые Байкальский образовательный форум (БОФ) проводился в 2009г. БОФ – переговорная и экспертная площадка по обсуждению проблем образования. Решения БОФ - стратегическое видение и межрегиональная доминанта на ближайшее будущее. For the first time the Baikal Educational Forum (BEF) was conducted in 2009. BEF is a negotiating and expert platform for educational problems’ discussion. The decisions of BEF are a strategic vision and inter-regional dominant for the near future.

  4. В VI Байкальском образовательном форуме приняли участие – более 1000 участников из 43 субъектов Российской Федерации, а также Монголии, Кореи, Японии. Рассмотрен широкий спектр проблем развития системы образования Российской Федерации, зафиксированы ключевые проблемы и возможные пути их решения. More than 1000 participants from 43 subjects of the Russian Federation and Mongolia, Korea and Japan took part in the VI Baikal Educational Forum. In 2014 BEF addressed a wide range of development problems of the Russian educational system, stated the key issues and their possible solutions.

  5. The following issues were discussed with the participation of Ulan-Ude population at 8 open discussion platforms: - a set of measures for modernization of pre-school, general and additional education and vocational training; - issues of economic and financial mechanisms to improve the quality of education, the development of the private sector. • На 8 открытых дискуссионных площадках с участием населения г. Улан-Удэ обсуждены: • - комплекс мер модернизации дошкольного, общего и дополнительного и профессионального образования; • вопросы финансово-экономического механизмов повышения качества образования, развитие негосударственного сектора.

  6. Мероприятия БОФ – 2014: - Всероссийское совещание руководителей органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации по вопросам оценки и контроля качества в сфере образования; - Межрегиональный конкурс эффективных управленческих моделей; - Конференция Ассоциации руководителей образования; - Лекции ведущих федеральных экспертов и др. The events of BEF - 2014: - Meeting of heads of executive bodies of the Russian Federation subjects on the evaluation and quality control in the field of education; - interregional competition of effective management models; - The Conference of the educational leaders’ Association; - lectures by leading federal experts and others.

  7. The problem themes at the municipal level: - Educational expeditions to Mukhorshibirskiy, Pribaikalskiy, Kabanskiy, Kizhinginskiy, Selenginskiy districts of the Republic and in the city of Ulan-Ude; Проблематика муниципального уровня: - образовательные экспедиции в Мухоршибирский, Прибайкальский, Кабанский, Кижингинский, Селенгинский районы республики и в г. Улан-Удэ;

  8. The work of the Children program on the shores of Lake Baikal: - The format of the platform is co-working; - organization of joint and individual activities; - the use of formal knowledge in a non-formal education. Работа Детской программы на берегу Байкала: - формат площадки – коворкинг; - организация совместной и индивидуальной деятельности; - применение формальных знаний в условиях неформального образования.

  10. The VII Baikal Educational Forum will be on July, 1-3, 2015 "School Without Borders" VII Байкальский образовательный форум с 1 по 3 июля 2015 года «Школа без границ»

В программе форума: • - Всероссийское совещание руководителей органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации по вопросам оценки качества; • мероприятия по обсуждению НОИ «Наша новая школа»; • Конференция Ассоциации руководителей образования. • The program of the forum includes: • - meeting of the heads of executive authorities of the Russian Federation on the quality assessment; • activities to discuss National Educational Initiative (NEI)"Our New School"; • - The Conference of educational leaders Association.

  12. Ключевая идея изменения формата Форума – уход от обсуждения в кабинетах в сторону дебатов и дискуссий; The key idea of changing the format of the Forum is a shift from talks in offices to debates and discussions;

  13. БОФ – 2015 - использование формата массовой акции (монстрации) в рамках преодоления границ между заказчиками образования и участниками образовательного процесса (хепенинг). BEF- 2015 will be about using the format of the mass action (monstration) as a part of overcoming the boundaries between education customers and participants of educational process (happening).

  14. Темы образовательных экспедиций - дошкольное образование, муниципальное задание, основная образовательная программа, ФГОС, среда и ГОУ и др. Topics of educational expeditions include early childhood education (preschool education), municipal task, basic educational program, Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), the environment and the GOU and others.

  15. The Conference of the Educational Leaders Association: - on education quality assessment; - summarizing interregional projects’ competition; - discussion and adoption of the forum resolution draft Конференция Ассоциации администраторов образования: - по системе оценки качества образования; - подведение итогов межрегионального конкурса проектов; - обсуждение и принятие проекта Резолюции форума.
