  3. Associate Director Mr. Plasencia's current position is Associate Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Healthcare System in Oklahoma. His goal is to lead a large healthcare system in the role of CEO. Along with his vast professional experience in VA hospitals, Mr. Plasencia earned the Prosthetics Service of the Year Award in 2016.
