Long Term Goals • Enhance the students’ interestfor Urdu literature by adopting 21st centaury teaching skills systematically. • To make the students read and understand Urdu. • To make the students speak the correct Urdu • To make the students write the correct urdu • To build in the students a positive approach towards the subject.

  3. short Term Goals • I will provide my students with the basic information and key points while writing a composition. • I will improve the reading skills of the students with the course of time. • Work on the students to minimize their spelling mistakes. • Help the students to use the correct grammar and understand the correct usage of language. • Focus the students to improve their work presentation by helping them to improve their writing.

  4. Instructional strategies and tasks • I will try to prepare questions that will help in the explanation of the topic and give a correct path to the students to approach for an essay writing. • With the help of multimedia I will provide the students contents that consists of the mostly incorrectly used words in the every day life and help them to differentiate between the write and the wrong pronunciation of the words. • I will give the students a good practice of writing the correct spellings of the similarly pronounced words. • With help of multimedia presentations and 21st centaury teaching skills I will provide the students samples of known artists to improve their hand writing skills. • I will focuson correcting the grammatical mistakes and i.e. the homophones, singular/plural and homonyms etc.

  5. Solutions to anticipated challenges Challenges Solutions Different Newspapers, Magazines, School Library and Internet can be availed. Grading will be done and certificates of appreciations and encouragement will be awarded on good performances and competitions will be arranged among the students • Deficiency of books and material • Lack of interest of students

  6. Time Line…… The students will be directed to create their own compositions, stories, essays, poems conversations. At this stage the students will be encouraged to share their favorite stories, poems and essays with their class mates. Now the students will be tasked to bring information and written material on different selected topics. They will focused to bring stories and essays to the class and again note them down in the note books Students will be provided with selected stories, essays and compositions , poems and conversations . They will be asked to note them down in their notebooks. April March May……….The End February The students will have the ability to express their views on topic according to the level in writing or speaking. January
