Introduction This meeting is a summary of events which occurred in our community since our last annual meeting (March 2004), current issues, and the election of Board Members.* Current Board Members Helen Churella, President Gary Mudder, Vice president Gail Taylor, Secretary Barbara Conlon, Treasurer Bob Larson, Landscape Chair Steven King, Architectural Chair *As required by our by-laws
Events and Accomplishments • Removal of Acacia Trees • Sale of Lot #60 • Moving East Gate • Hired a Lawyer • Community 4th of July Picnic • Informed Landlord Homeowners of their Obligations and Responsibilities • Conducted a Reserve Study • Acquired a less costly pool service • Cleaned and painted Pool Shed • Skinned Palms • Street Resealing
Events and Accomplishments – continued • Replaced 2 lamp posts near the mailboxes • Centralized our HOA Documents • Presented Budget for Fiscal year 2005 • Repaired Pool and Spa • Painted Entrance Gates • Painted Pool Fence Other: • Cleaned pool bathroom, changed light bulbs, emptied trash, trapped a cat, etc
