CURRENT STATUS Cypress Springs - Proposed MSBU • Convert Delayed MSBU Ponds to County Maintained Ponds • Total Ponds: 17 - Total Acres: 52 • 4 Ponds Restorations • 2011 Assessment per Parcel - $ 173.56 /First Year • $ 103.46 for Pond Restoration (4 Ponds) • $ 70.10 for Routine Maintenance • Future Years in Accordance to MSBU Fee Adopted Schedule

  5. CURRENT STATUS MSBU Retention Pond Date Schedule/Parcel District 232 – Established July, 2005 • Thereafter, Annually Indexing the MSBU Rate Increase by Either 3% or the Consumer Price Index (CPI), Whichever is Less.

CURRENT STATUS County MSBU Services • Mowing / Trimming (Monthly) • Water Quality – Spray Operations • Restoration / Dredging (Determined by County staff) • Emergency Response 24/7 • Man Power / Equipment • Underdrain Repair • Outfall Structure Repair • Erosion Control “Operation Functionality”
