In my experience, however, there is little sharing of detailed expertise (for example in system implementation) that builds on experience’ ‘I would like to communicate and share expertise better but there are sometimes challenges given delivery pressures’ ‘Government finance community is a new concept. I attended the conference in Brighton, more events (like this) would be very useful’ ‘Shared experiences and learning from others plays a key role within government finance’
