Ground Rules • Create before team begins to work on project • Establishes the foundation • How do you want to work together as a team? • Possible Examples: • Don’t interrupt • Be open-minded • Listen and respect each other’s opinions / ideas
Accountability • How are you going to hold each other accountable? • Have a plan in place
Agenda • Preparing for the meeting- plan the agenda Define the intent of the meeting and roles • Establish time to cover agenda times • Define actions to be taken in meeting and responsible parties • Share expectations with team members
