25. Circumcision Rott: e4.3 Circumcision is obligatory (O: for both men and women. For men it consists of removing the prepuce from the penis, and for women removing the prepuce (Ar. Bazr) of the clitoris (n: not the clitoris itself, as some mistakenly assert. 26. FGM -- definition FGM: female genital mutilation refers to the partial or complete removal of the female genitalia for religious and cultural reasons. It is practiced to preserve a female’s chastity and dampen her sexual desire. FGM is permitted in the Koran but required by the Shafi’i, one of the four schools of shariah law within Sunni Islam. 29. Homosexuality (b) K 7:80-84 --"...For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.... And we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone)" - An account that is borrowed from the Biblical story of Sodom. Muslim scholars throughout the centuries have interpreted the "rain of stones" on the town as meaning that homosexuals should be stoned, since no other reason is given for the people's destruction. 30. Homosexuality (c) K 7:81 -- "Will ye commit abomination such as no creature ever did before you?" This verse is part of the previous text and it establishes that homosexuality as different from (and much worse than) adultery or other sexual sin. 31. Homosexuality (d) K 26:165-166 -- "Of all the creatures in the world, will ye approach males, "And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing" K 4:16 -- "If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone" The original Arabic does not use the word "men" and simply says "two from among you." The word "men" because the verse seems to refer to a different set than referred to in the prior verse (explicitly denoted as "your women"). 32. Sodomy Anal Sex Approved by Allah and Prophet Muhammad, by Amar Khan. In Pakistan, mullahs are notorious for child abuse & molestation. Often, we hear news about a mullah sodomizing a student in a madrassa. Why do they commit such a thing, allegedly condemned in Islam? Muslims are most vocal in condemning sodomy & homosexuality. There is consensus among both Muslims and the followers of all other religions that sodomy is an enormity. It is even viler and uglier than adultery. Being Into Kids, BachaBazi Bacheh-baazi (Persian,meaning "being into kids" or "being interested in children" in Iranian dialect and "playing with kids" in Afghan dialect), or known as bacchá (from Persian bacheh, child, young man, kid") or bacha bi-reesh (beardless boy), The practice involves sexual slavery and child prostitution in which prepubescent and adolescent boys are sold [at auction] to wealthy or powerful men for entertainment and sexual activities. The boys are dressed in drag and made to dance and parade in front of the “buyers” to entice higher bids. 40. Fatwa Re Pedophilia & Marriage Saudi Cleric Issues Fatwa Defending Pedophilia as ‘Marriage,’ by TffanyGabbav, 06/27/11. Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, a cleric in Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council, has reportedly issued a fatwa asserting that there is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.” Fawzan worries that outside interference poses risks to Islamic societies regarding the question of marriage for young pre-pubescent girls. He insists that Sharia doesn’t set an age limit for marriage. He relies on Koran 65:4, re marriage to prepubescent girls, and that Muhammad married Aisha when she was six, and “consummated” the marriage when she was nine. Apparently there is no minimum age that young girls can be taken as a wife, even as an infant. 45. Bestiality Pakistan ranks #1 for certain sex-related search terms, including child sex, rape sex, animal sex, camel sex, donkey sex, dog sex, and horse sex. In parts of Pakistan, sex with animals is common among rural youths; considered a rite of passage into adulthood. In June 2011, a guy caught having sex with another man's donkey was fined Rs50k. This fine wasn’t for sex with an animal, but for committing adultery. The raped donkey, labelleda kari (adultress) was eventually honor killed by its owner. 46. Necrophilia Fatwa: Necrophilia Is An Acceptable Practice In Islam, 05/10/11. Washington/Morocco Board News -- A Moroccan Imam, Sheikh Zamzami, has issued a fatwa stating that necrophilia is "Halal" or religiously acceptable in Islam; a husband has the right to have sex with his dead wife. The Imam, said that marriage remains valid even after death, which does not cancel the marriage link. For support, a Koranic verse which says that Muslim believers will go to Paradise with their wives… was cited. He added that the husband may wash the body of his dead wife and have sex with her. The Sheikh tempered his fatwa by stating that necrophilia, though Halal, is disgusting and should be avoided. 53. Homosexuality in Afterlife These rules don't apply in paradise, where martyrs for the cause of Allah enjoy an orgy of virgins and "perpetual youth" K 56:17 (otherwise known as "boys" K 52:24). K 76:19 bluntly states, "And immortal boys will circulate among them, when you see them you will count them as scattered pearls." (Technically, the mere presence of boys doesn't necessarily mean sex, however it is strongly implied from the particular emphasis on the effeminacy, handsomeness and "freshness" of the boys. 55. A Movement in the Right Direction Saudi Arabia Bans Domestic Abuse, 08/29/2013 In a historic move, the ban outlaws any form of abuse at home or in the workplace. The law marks the first time the country has officially recognized domestic violence as a punishable crime. Offenders may face up to a year in prison and a maximum fine of 50,000 Saudi riyal (about $13,300). The law will provide shelter for victims of abuse and ensure the identities of those who report it are kept confidential. This law will serve women, children, and domestic & non-domestic workers. The country’s first anti-abuse campaign was launched earlier this year, urging Saudis to report violence.
