Legislative Branch • A representative must be at least 25 years old. • A senator must be at least 30 years old. • Each of the 50 states sends two people to the senator.
Legislative Branch 1.There are 435 representatives in the house of representatives. 2.California has many more representatives than road island.
Executive Branch • States and commander in chief of the armed forces. • The Executive branch also includes the Vice President and other officials.
Executive Branch The President is the head of the Executive Branch. The President is elected by the entire country. The cabinet is made up of the heads of the departments of the government.
The Judicial branch oversees the court system of the U.S. • The Judicial branch explains the meeting of the constitution.
Judicial Branch The Supreme court is the Judicial branch. 2. Unlike a criminal court, the Supreme court rules whether something is constituional or unconstitutional whether or not it is permitted under the constitution.
