The Judicial branch The Judicial Branch makes sure that the laws are fair and constitutional The Judicial system includes the Supreme Court and the Justices TheSupreme Court handles crimes that lower courts can’t handle WilliamTaft was the only person to serve as a president and a chiefofJustice

  4. The Executive branch The president leads the army, navy, and marine corps The president lives in the White House The president can find people not guilty of their crimes The president can make treaties with other countries if the senateagrees
