  2. I. HE IS A WITNESS BECAUSE, “HE’ S A CHANGED MAN.”VSS.9-15. • A. The only true witness is the one that’s been • changed by “POWER OF GOD.’’ • 1st. Look what he said he did in vss 9-11. • 2nd. The “conversion or new birth brings on a • NEW NATURE.” • B. The change is not only radical, BUT…………. • 1st. This “NEW NATURE” is needed before we • can see the things of the K.O.G. or fellowship… • 2nd. That’s why he called himself a “bond slave.”

  3. II. AS A WITNESS, “HE IS AN EMPOWERED MAN.’’VSS.16-18. • A. Empowered by the one he was arrested by. • 1st. Open the eyes of sin blinded men. vs.18. • 2nd. Turn them from darkness to THE LIGHT.. • 3RD. Turn cont. From the power of Satan…….. • B. Note why?? 3-fold and see there are tied…. • 1st. Forgiveness of sin! -- 2nd. An inheritance • among them!—3rd. Sanctified by FAITH.

  4. III. AS A WITNESS, “HE WAS AN OBEDIENT MAN.” VS. 19. A. As an obedient one we enjoy bliss & blessing. B. As disobedient ones we seal our spiritual doom.

  5. IV. AS A WITNESS, “HE IS A DIVINELY HELPED MAN.” VSS.21-22a. • A. Turn with me to II Corinthians 4: 7-12>>>. • B. LISTEN: Every FAITHFUL servant of Christ • will be able to raise their EBENEZAR to…….

  6. V. AS A WITNESS, “HE IS A DEVOTED MAN.” VSS. 22b.-23. • A. He believed in the unadulterated Gospel…. • B. He was WHOLLY yielded up to Christ & ……. • C. He sums it up in I Corinthians 2:2-5. (turn.)

  7. VI. AS A WITNESS, “HE WAS A MISUNDERSTOOD MAN.”VS.24. • A. The Natural man receive not the things of • the SPIRIT.. I Corinthians 2:14 WHY???? • B. It is sad but there is a perishing condition • according to Paul in I Corinthians 1:18…… • C. He probably remembered what was said of • Christ in. John 10:20.

  8. VII. AS A WITNESS, ‘’HE IS A COURTEOUS MAN.”VS.25. • A. The GRACE OF GOOD will teach a man to • be civil!!!! • B. SEE: He (the child of God) has been exalted • into the BOUGHT & BLOOD rank of the ^…

  9. VIII. AS A WITNESS, “HE IS A FAITHFUL MAN.” VS. 27. • A. The personal appeal to the King must have • been inspired by THE HOLY SPIRIT…. • B. Shows his real longing for the salvation of • the King. (do you have strange warmings)

  10. IX. AS A WITNESS, “HE IS A SATISFIED MAN.” VS 29. • A. There is no richer or happier man in all • Caesarea. WHY??? • B. He knows the “ PEACE OF GOD and also • THE UNSEARCHABLE RICHES” in Christ!!!!! • QUESTION FOR US, DO YOU??????
