Travel Authorization Form (TAF) Training
TAF Process • Once imported into Munis, Travel Requisitions will be routed as follows: • EDs • Grants (if applicable) • Elementary or Secondary Chief • Travel Department (Status 8)
TAF Checklist • Name of Traveler • Employee Number • Dates of Travel • City and State of Travel • Zip of Conference/Class • Conference Class Name
TAF Checklist • Registration PO • Airfare/Hotel Service Fee PO • Hotel Deposit PO • Rental Car PO
TAF Checklist • Documentation to attach – in ONE document • Airfare/Hotel/Car Rental Itinerary • Registration Form • Conference Agenda • Proof of Conference Hotel – Conference Name, Conference designated hotel and designated room rate • As with the 910 form, missing or incomplete information can cause a delay in processing
