Meeting Genuine Needs Developing Project • Survey: Peer • Brainstorm • Class Discussion • Observe • Interview: Peer and Adults
Collaborative Efforts The students worked as a group and displayed their finding to the school in a school wide assembly. Other teachers and students were inspired to continue the change. This prompted the school to continue the recycling project with the help and guidance of the students from my class.
Systemic Reflection Students used a journal notebook to record their ideas before, during, and after the project was completed. Students also record and calculated the math work to determine the actual count of recyclable items. The students took their pictures, designed their poster and wrote the description of their project to present to school. They visited classrooms to show the students the items that are recyclable.
