Status HERMES • Detector in excellent running state • 2002/2003 and now: successful data taking • first SF measurement on a transverse polarised target from 02/03 data after 2004/2005: exclusive reactions for measurement of Generalised Parton Distributions using new Recoil Detector presently under construction Bad Honnef - 22.Nov.03 - R.   12. HERA-B high statistics data (~300 k J/Ψ-events) in `02/`03 • data taking completed in Mar.03  analysis • new proposals for detector: • HERA-c: e.g. D0D0-mixing (PRC: not competitive – not recommended) • HERA-g: glueballs, IP/IR, Oderron-exchange, … • (PRC: still under scrutiny) Status HERA-B s Bad Honnef - 22.Nov.03 - R.   13. Luminosity expectations • attempts of a realistic estimate (still aim for ~1 fb-1 ) • end HERA II: end 2006 ( mid 2007) – resource planning until mid 2007) • decide on exact schedule in 2004 (once HERA performance demonstrated) Bad Honnef - 22.Nov.03 - R. Klanner
