Career Management • The Career Program Manager's (CPM) role in career development is: • To give technical advice and guidance to careerists, assist supervisors in furnishing career program information (AR 690-950, para 1-21) • Provide information on career program matters of command interest, including command-wide career opportunities (DA Pam 690-43, Chap 2-1)
