  4. HOW TO ENGAGE • A large event in every engagement window • Advertise in the press • Put drafts and feedback forms Sunderland Partnership website • Set up the email address for feedback • HWBStrategy@sunderland.gov.uk • One to one and group meetings • Attend partnership and board meetings

NEXT STEPS • Use data from today to help the Health and Wellbeing Board set vision, values and goals • Establish Potential strategy structure • Consultation – Feb – March • Establish outline strategy • Consultation – April – May • Interim Strategy • Consultation – July – August • Final Strategy launch - October
