Uterovaginal Prolapse Surgical Workshop9th &10th October 2014Royal Derby Hospital, Derby Overview The workshop aims to update different surgical techniques in the management of pelvic organ prolapse – laparoscopic sacro colpo/ hysteropexy, application of single-incision synthetic vaginal mesh and different defect specific repairs. The workshop includes ‘hands-on’ , audio-visual interactive live-links and also practice on pelvic models (application of synthetic vaginal meshes). The programme will also include roundtable discussions of frequently encountered problems in management of prolapse , which will stimulate thought and discussion.
