EOCFO Chapter of the OWA Impact of change. • Chapter continues focus on Certification • Chapter will accept both certified and non-certified members • EOMF continues to administrate FSC Certificate • OWA administrates membership list and collects dues • OWA and EOCFO Chapter will be points-of-contact for all Certified members • All members will have choice of OWA Chapter allegiance EOCFO - AGM

EOCFO Chapter of the OWA Motion: ‘To transition the Eastern Ontario Certified Forest Owners (EOCFO) group into a chapter of the OWA (Ontario Woodlot Association), effective no later than June 30, 2014.’ EOCFO - AGM
EOCFO Chapter of the OWA Next steps: • OWA has already approved EOCFO Chapter status • Members select OWA chapter allegiance • Transfer current EOCFO membership list to OWA • Revise constitution • 1st AGM of new chapter to; • Approve new constitution • Possibly change chapter name • Elect Board of Directors EOCFO - AGM
