Common Issues • Development of the economy based on the development and implementing modern system and development of the qualification skills and increasing competition conformity for high level human capital. • Implementation of the new saving recourses technologies and ecological technology. • Attracting of the foreign and local investments. • Producing of competent goods according to the international standard and requirement EU directives. • Implementation of the progressive forms and methods of the management (ISO9000, ISO14000, HACCP, GMP, OHSAS18000, SA8000).
What are the key causes of the problems you have identified? At a present time our economy need to development innovation infostructure and foreign investment and international cooperation with others countries.
Step 2: Objective of the intervention • What do you hope to achieve with your proposal? Increasing of the economic potential of the Republic of Belarus and participating in international labour forces. • What are the key institutions and target groups that will benefit from the proposed intervention? State bodies. Business associations. Banking system. Scientific and educational centers.
Step 3: Description of the Proposed Intervention • What are the proposed activities? Development of the legislation. Development of the supporting entrepreneurship infrastructure. Improving of the modern information technologies and telecommunications. Creating WTO information center. • How much might they cost? To be determined as the measures are planned out further.
