  2. Pompei’s Marine has a number of options for decking oils and timber sealers. Firstly around the house have alook at the Crystal Deck oils and sealers. Then if your in a harsh environment or doing up your boat we have have the Norglass and Hempel range of Marine paints.

  3. Crystal Decking Oils • This will give you a clear natural finish from $43.00 compare and save. This is a rich natural premium oil. • A range of colours is also available. Decking oil replaces the natural oils back into the bare timber lost through weathering. Clear turps based with no gloss finish at all. Washes up n mineral turps. Application on rough sawn timber is best by brush. Smooth timber can be rolled.

  4. If spraying, follow directly after with brush or roller while still wet. Can be used on interior or exterior surfaces. Drying and recoat time is best left for 24 hours, though dry exterior timber may be recoated sooner. The dryness of all timbers new and weathered can vary greatly.

  5. Before applying the first coat or recoating try a small test patch with a thin coat. Check to see that it soaks into the timber completely and does not leave a sticky surface. Coverage ranges from 12-20 square metres per litre depending on how dry the timber is.

NorglassWeatherfast Poly Clear A tough single pack, abrasion resistant gloss coating with high levels of U.V inhibitors for interior and exterior use. for floors, furniture and marine applications. Also available in satin finish for interiors to produce a natural lustre. Contains a high level of UV screening agents making it suitable for inside / outside use. Recoat after 8 hours. Coverage up to 14 sq m/l.

NorglassWeatherfast Marine Varnish A super high gloss finish with maximum levels of U/V inhibitors and stabilisers for areas of extreme exposure. for panelling, doors, hand rails and general varnish . Not suitable for floors or traffic surfaces. Coverage up to 12 sq m/l. Recoat after 16 hours.

  11. NorglassWeatherfast Premium Timber Oil A modified synthetic resin coating for feeding the timber where a natural grain appearance is desired. Contains U/V inhibitors for additional protection. Fast drying and does not leave a greasy film. Excellent penetration into open grained woods. For use on decks, floors and furniture. Coverage around 12 sq m/l.

  12. NorglassNorthane Clear Gloss A two-pack, non-yellowing polyurethane withoutstandingchemical and abrasion resistance. Ideal for coating clear corrugated roof panels to seal leaks. May be used in continuously immersed conditions. Use on concrete trucks, earthmoving equipment, boats, aircraft, hospital walls and floors, fish ponds, and food surfaces.

  13. Good for all surfaces. Excellent heat resistance and durability makes this a premium clear coating. For use on floors, furniture, and exterior applications. A satin finish may be achieved by using Norglass Flattening Agent (interior use only). Can be used on any surface, extremely tough, water proof. Coverage upto 12 sq m/l. Re coat after 16 hrs. Comes in colors
