Financing the Global Environment • Sources of finance: ODA, multilateral financial flows via international organizations, conventions, etc • Multilateral financial mechanisms • GEF, Global Mechanism, Montreal Protocol Multilateral Fund, etc • Debt relief, Private capital flows, Non-traditional financing mechanisms
