MINERnA CC Coherent Pion Production: Low energies • With 4 x 1020 POT and a 3 ton fiducial volume, the LE neutrino beam will produce ~ 900 CC coherent pions in the important energy range of < 3 GeV and, with a (30)% detection efficiency, we will have ≈ 300 events in a final sample (≈ 60% purity).
