Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System (PCIT)

The Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System (PCIT) by the United States Department of Agriculture, managed by Michael Perry, is an architecture-based web system that issues over 500,000 certificates annually. PCIT is widely used by Federal, States, Counties, and Industry, with additional functions such as the Phytosanitary Export Database (PExD) and ePhyto functionality coming in 2011. Join us to test our system!
