Corporate History EASE Technology Solutions’ tradition of quality outsourcing can be traced back in 2009 when its founder Allan Donato, an Electronics and Communications Engineer by profession, shifted from the corporate jungle to the then uncharted world of outsourced IT consulting. Allan’s wife Edna swiftly joined Allan to start a mom and pop IT consulting and outsourcing agency.
