TX SET Procedures Guide Update • “Approved” Texas SET Working Group Procedures documentation, changes include: • Creating guidelines for implementing change control request received outside of version releases (RMS Action item from August RMS meeting) • Documenting Timeline for updates to TX SET Implementation Guides for a Version Release, • Documenting Texas SET Acceptable Extended Character SETs for Alphanumeric data fields in the Texas SET transactions and SEF File process, • Updating website references, and • Re-organizing the flow of the document

  4. MarkeTrak Phase 2 • Detailed Requirements Documents Defined • Signed off on by Task Force Participants • Submitted to ERCOT for Planning • High Level Testing Requirements Defined and Submitted to TX Test Plan Team

  5. Station ID Updates Prior to Nodal • Approximately 2 million ESI ID Updates • Aligns naming nomenclature • ERCOT requested direction from RMS • RMS directed to follow process used for Annual Validation: • Notification to Market Participants before end of November 2007 • ESI ID Updates to be coordinated through February and March at approximately 30K/day on weekdays and 50K on weekend days with no conflict to ERCOT maintenance or release windows

  6. RO Cart Budget • $7.1M Budgeted for 2007 • $2.9M Allocated in 2007 • ERCOT Showed Allocation of $2.5M to IO, CO and SO • $1.6M Still to be allocated • RMS Requested ERCOT to return to RMS to Provide Detail of Funding Allocation for 2007
