In this session you will learn about how to regain control, by using SharePoint in a Service delivery context. We will talk about the process of designing a generic SharePoint service, that span software versions, infrastructure and business requirements, and provide a common scope for SharePoint in the enterprise. As the talk progresses you will see real life examples of SharePoint service definitions, that can be used as a starting point for most companies. This session is about giving your SharePoint investments new life, by repositioning the technology as something the business can relate to and define the scope of SharePoint to where it makes a difference.
