  2. SHDH Perimeter Radiation Improvements • Review the scope of the project. • Review the project schedule and all impacted suites/areas. • Continued Communication Plan • Q&A

  3. Brief Explanation for Project • Why are we doing this project? • To provide improvements to the perimeter radiation piping installed last summer with the Phase 2 portion of the Air Handling Unit #9 Upgrade project.

  5. Project Scope • Perimeter Radiation Improvements (July 2015 – August 2015) • Upgrade existing piping to avoid potential future leaks. • All is occurring in the evening Monday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Access will be needed to all perimeter areas of the building.

  7. Construction Work Update • Proposed Schedule is from Monday July 6, 2015 through Friday August 21, 2015. • Project set up/move schedule will be similar to last summers work. • Work will occur at the perimeter radiation locations only.
