  2. 1. Data related to agency dangling amounts and voided transactions are stored in a reporting file and processed on a daily basis.The example below refers to a voided transaction in WORLDSPAN/ Travel Port

  3. Using the data in the file, agents retrieve the impacted PNR from the GDS

  4. The pre auth code is retrieved by entering command “*U” :

  5. Agent presses enters and the system returns confirmation of auth reversal as follows: AUTH 028283 REVERSED

  8. Using the data in the file, agents retrieve the impacted PNR from the GDS:

  9. In Amadeus top screen, agents select ad hoc menu: SCRIPT/CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION REVERSAL

  10. The following windows showing credit card and flight data pops up:

  11. Agents click on "YES" an the system returns the following response: CC AUTHORIZATION REVERSAL 12DIC11 011122
