  2. Don’t wait until the end of the year to make your new year resolutions. And certainly don’t wait until the end of your life to think about what you would have done different. Sunday is a great day to do a week in review! Use Sunday to reflect on what happened over the last week, and use the acronym CHAIN to reflect on: Changes, Highlights, Accomplishments, Insights, and Next Steps. In other words – what would I like to change? What were the highlights? What did I accomplish? What new insights did I discover and what are my next steps for next week?
