Facts • Rainwater is earths most natural water recycling process. • The amount of water you can capture depends on the surface area of the roof. • Adjust gutters and downpipes to get more rainwater into the tank • There are three major components.. • Concrete slab onto which rain falls • A container for storage • Components such as a filter to remove solids

  3. How to trap rainwater ? • Measure the area of the roof. • Clean gutters • Adjust the gutters and downpipes. • Make sure downpipes are leveled with the open of the container. • Have a filter for the leave and bacteria. • Have opening to collect the water from the container.
